TOUR DESCRIPTION
Relax and enjoy the morning soaking up the warm rays of the Mediterranean sun.
A long stretch of grainy black sand beach and crystal clear blue sea in the heart of the touristic part of Limassol, Dasoudi Beach is the ideal destination to swim and sunbathe. The Cyprus Tourism Organization monitors the beach and it is complete with a beach bar, a restaurant, lifeguards, changing rooms, showers and toilets.
Situated in a small grove of eucalyptus and acacia trees there’s also a pedestrian walkway along the waterfront winding its way through the grove, ideal for a walk or running exercises.
HELPFUL HINTS
- Bring a towel, beach shoes, sunglasses, hat and lotion and wear your swimwear under your clothes on the ship or change at the available facilities on the beach.
- Lifeguards on duty daily from 8am until 4pm.
- Tour will be conducted with an escort not guide.
- Sun beds and umbrellas are available at the beach on a first come first served basis against a fee paid to local concessioners.
- The bar on the beach serves drinks and alcoholic beverages as well as sandwiches and snacks.
- Bring money with for drinks and snacks. Restaurant accepts visa as well.
- Water for washing feet clean from sand is free.
- The showers operate with a 50 cent coin and are not included in the tour.
- Toilets for both males and females are located near the showers and changing rooms and they are free of charge.
